God Is The Creator/Maker | Grace Daily Prayers
God Is The Creator/Maker
THE ONE WHO BROUGHT THE UNIVERSE AND ALL MATTER AND LIFE IN IT INTO EXISTENCE
Materials needed: Bible, Pen & Journal
Praise:
Praising God for who He Is, His Attributes, His Name, His Character.
Read:
Sunday: Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 40:26, 28
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
Lift up your eyes on high and see:
who created these?
He who brings out their host by number,
calling them all by name;
by the greatness of his might
and because he is strong in power,
not one is missing.
Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary;
his understanding is unsearchable.
Monday: Ecclesiastes 11:5; Colossians 1:16
As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb[a] of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.
For by[a] him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.
Tuesday: Psalm 139:13, 14; John 1:3
For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.[a]
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Wednesday: Isaiah 45:12; Proverbs 22:2
I made the earth
and created man on it;
it was my hands that stretched out the heavens,
and I commanded all their host.
The rich and the poor meet together;
the Lord is the Maker of them all.
Thursday: Psalm 95:3-6; Acts 17:24-27
For the Lord is a great God,
and a great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the depths of the earth;
the heights of the mountains are his also.
5 The sea is his, for he made it,
and his hands formed the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man,[a] 25 nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. 26 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, 27 that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,
Friday: Revelation 4:11; Jeremiah 10:12
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they existed and were created.”
It is he who made the earth by his power,
who established the world by his wisdom,
and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.
